In order to return an item for a refund, follow these easy steps :

You are more than welcome to return any item you purchase from our store with the exception of embroidered items. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please just ensure it is in original condition and the tags are still attached. Also be sure to include your name, the reason for return (such as 'too small' or 'too big'), and the item number or order number (top left of invoice). Please note that using our return label means you will be charged $5.85 return shipping for the first item and $2.25 for each additional item. There is a 20% restocking fee.

• There is a 20% restocking fee.
• We do not reimburse for shipping charges, except for when we made an error.
• There is a $5.85 charge when using our return label, plus a $2.25 charge for each additional item.
• We apologize, but we do not do exchanges. For new items, a new order will have to be placed.
• Returns must be sent back to us unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags.
• We do not accept return items that were damaged while worn, that shrank in the wash, or that simply did not hold up well after being worn.
• We cannot accept return items that have been personalized or embroidered.
• We cannot accept returns on international items if any applicalble duties/taxes haven't been paid.
• Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment.
• Please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on all credit card refunds.
• In order to ensure proper credit, please return merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
