Shipping Information

With the exception of embroidered items, all purchases will be shipped out automatically within 24-48 hours of when we receive your payment, regardless of which shipping method you decide to use.

DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIME

We ship on business days, meaning Monday through Friday. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays (Federal).

USPS First Class shipping takes on average 5-7 business days to be delivered, but you should allow up to 11 business days. In order to guarantee delivery, we suggest you ship via USPS Express Mail.

Our Expedited Service shipping takes about 3-5 business days to be delivered, and again, you should allow for up to 11 business days. To guarantee delivery, we suggest you to ship via USPS Express Mail.

UPS Next Day Air Saver guarentees delivery 2 business days after the purchase is shipped.

When embroidery is ordered, we ask that you allow for an additional 7 days for transit time (12-14 days total).

When payment is made by money order, we ask that you allow for an additional 14 days (19-21 total).

Items that are pre-ordered ship within 2-4 business days of the ship date that is advertised.

DOMESTIC TRACKING

A notification will be sent to your email when your package ships. The email will include a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at either of the websites linked below:

Normally, we ship with USPS Airmail; you may elect to ship UPS Next Day Air Saver (2 Business Days after shipment) for faster delivery.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIME

Normally we ship USPS Airmail; you may choose to ship USPS Global Express Mail for faster delivery.

If you ship Standard Flat Rate International, it will take on average 10-15 business days for delivery. Please note: your government’s Customs may choose to hold your order for up to 8 weeks.

Transit time generally takes an additional 7 days when you order embroidery (or a total of 17-21 days).

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

With USPS Airmail, packages can only be tracked while they are within the United States. As soon as packages leave the United States, it cannot be tracked. If it is important to you to be able to track your package, we recommend shipping via USPS Global Express Mail. By law, we are required to list the price and contents of your packages accurately. It's possible that your purchases will be subject to duties and/or taxes. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges.
