Shipping Information

With the exception of embroidered items, all purchases will be shipped out automatically within 2-3 business days of when we receive your payment unless noted otherwise in product description, regardless of which shipping method you decide to use.

DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIME

We ship on business days, meaning Monday through Friday. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays (Federal).

Standard Flat Rate shipping takes on average 5-7 business days to be delivered, but you should allow up to 11 business days. In order to guarantee delivery, we suggest you ship via Next Day Air Saver.

Our Expedited Service shipping takes about 3-5 business days to be delivered, and again, you should allow for up to 11 business days. To guarantee delivery, we suggest you to ship via Next Day Air Saver.

Next Day Air Saver guarentees delivery 2 business days after the purchase is shipped.

When embroidery is ordered, we ask that you allow for an additional 7 days for transit time (12-14 days total).

When payment is made by money order, we ask that you allow for an additional 14 days (19-21 total).

Items that are pre-ordered ship within 2-4 business days of the ship date that is advertised.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIME

Normally we ship International Airmail; you may choose to ship Global Express Mail for faster delivery.

We ship Monday- Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. (We define Monday- Friday as business days)

If you ship Standard International, it will take on average 15-30 business days for delivery. Please note: your government’s Customs may choose to hold your order for up to 8 weeks.

Transit time generally takes an additional 7 days when you order embroidery (or a total of 22-37 days).

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

With International Airmail, packages can only be tracked while they are within the United States. As soon as packages leave the United States, it cannot be tracked. If it is important to you to be able to track your package, we recommend shipping via Global Express Mail.
